The ATM Card and Visa debit cards allow 24 hour access to your checking and savings accounts at various ATMs.
Both cards are accepted by Accel, Interlink, and Plus systems. Visa debit cards are issued only on checking accounts. The Debit card can eliminate the need to carry a checkbook or large amounts of cash.
Charges & Fees
Pin Based Transactions. You have the option to use your personal identification number in a transaction with a merchant. You will not be charged a fee for these PIN based transactions. Additionally, a signature based (credit) transaction will not incur a fee.
ATM Surcharges. When you use an ATM not owned by us and not part of the MoneyPass® network, you will be charged a $1.00 fee per transaction. Additionally, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator or any network used to complete the transaction (and you may be charged a fee for a balance inquiry).
